Terms of Use

These Terms are the agreement between you and Dream to Anime for using Dream to Anime. By using the app, you agree to them. We kept them as simple as we could.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Dream to Anime on your devices for your own enjoyment. Please do not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use Dream to Anime. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• Dream to Anime offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock a set number of comics each billing period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within that window.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Included comics are tied to your subscription and reset each billing period; unused amounts do not roll over.

You keep ownership of the selfies and dreams you submit (“Your Content”). You give us the limited permission needed to process Your Content to generate your avatars and comics, and to store and show them back to you.

You are responsible for what you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it — including the right to use any person’s likeness in a photo you provide.

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, you may use the avatars and comics generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes.

AI-generated results can be unexpected or imperfect and may resemble other works. They are provided as-is.

You agree not to use the app to create or share content that is illegal, sexually explicit, violent or graphic, hateful, harassing, or that infringes others’ rights or uses someone’s likeness without their consent.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

The app, its design, and its underlying technology belong to Dream to Anime. These Terms do not give you rights to our brand or software beyond using the app.

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the service.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dream to Anime will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You download the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content and are not parties to these Terms, except that they may enforce them as third-party beneficiaries.

We may update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we will update the date shown above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
